ESET ant-virus is an excellent program that can keep your PC safe and free from adware and spyware. Its central security dash makes it easy to keep an eye on your PC’s status, in addition to a number of valuable bonus tools to help you maintain your computer clean.

Features and Performance

Eset’s Malware scanner is one of the best in our tests, capturing 91% of malicious Web addresses in AV-Comparative’s test. This puts it very well ahead of Bitdefender, but at the rear of Avast and Kaspersky.

They have not as detailed in its detections as competition, however. Its scan types are fairly limited, and there’s no Quick Scan option.

Aside from Intralinks data room the standard total system and removable device checks, there’s a Custom diagnostic scan option that allows you to check your data files, folders or drives. This is certainly a little not the same as the other scan alternatives, and while it’s not particularly intuitive, it could an effective way in diagnosing specific items on your computer.
